Where do we start with saving money? Creating a WRITTEN budget is a great starting point. We recommend actually writing it down on paper, in an app, or other electronic means. This will help keep you accountable and also provide a reference point for you as you get started on your journey.

Once you’ve created a budget, you might realize you’re overspending. Where do you make cuts? Are there things you’re paying for each month that you forgot about or don’t really need? Are you missing out on potentially eligible discounts? Check out this list for *some* ideas of where and how to cut spending.
