Summer is here! Home gardens are beginning to produce harvests, and road side stands are starting to fill up. How do you put up the excess produce you acquire? Do you know which method is safe and how to store your goods properly? Where do you find recipes to use?

Join Hyde County’s Family & Consumer Sciences Extension Agent this summer to learn safe and maybe even new ways to preserve the fruits and vegetables you will be harvesting. Interested in a morning, afternoon, or evening class? Let us know!

Registration for classes is required and will need to be completed in Eventbrite. Check back soon for registration links for June classes. All of these classes are FREE thanks to a wonderful grant through Vidant Beaufort Hospital!
