We are excited to announce our annual Hyde County 4-H Scurry in the Quarter 5K race. Even though it will be virtual this year, we want to make sure that it is fun and exciting for everyone! We want to encourage everyone to get up and be active with 4-H!
This year our flyer has 18 hidden items in it. From 4-H clovers, bats, pumpkins, and much more. Some very obvious (hint: the big 4-H Clover), and some not so much! The first 5 participants to circle all of the missing items correctly on the flyer, will receive a prize! Please email your flyer to lee_brimmage@ncsu.edu as soon as possible!
The cost to register for the Virtual 5K this year is only $15. Please register at the link below. We will not be having t-shirts this year, but rest assured we will send out cool gifts to everyone who finishes the race, submits their time, and a photo of themselves during or after the race. Costumes are encouraged as we would like to have a prize for best costume as well. Winners in each category will receive prizes as well! The categories are: Best Female Runner, Best Male Runner, and Best Costume!
