Freezer jam is a simple and delicious way to preserve your fruit harvest! Anyone interested in canning, from beginner to advanced, will enjoy the simplicity of freezing jam. This is a great technique if you do not have canning equipment to fully seal jam for shelf-stability and also perfect for youth to be involved in. We have two classes scheduled for May 18, 2021.  Class will be held in the Teaching Kitchen within the Government Building.

Face coverings and social distancing will be in place. Registration is limited to 6 participants per class. Be sure to register below for the correct time!
