Join Hyde County's FCS Agent to learn how to safely operate a pressure canner, allowing preservation of your wild game in a delicious and shelf-stable manner.

Experience is not necessary, and if you have pressure canned meat before, come on and join us also!

You do not need to live in Hyde County to participate, though the class will be held at the Hyde County Government Center. Registration is FREE thanks to a wonderful grant from ECU Health. 

Class will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, 10 am–1:00 p.m. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
