Take a break, get moving, and feel better—one step at a time!
Staying active doesn’t have to mean intense workouts or long hours at the gym—it simply means moving your body in ways that feel good and fit your life. And every bit truly counts.
Regular movement is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health. It helps boost your energy, improve your mood, and reduce stress—often after just a short walk. Staying active also supports your heart health, helps manage weight, improves sleep, and can lower your risk of chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. Beyond the physical benefits, movement gives you a mental reset, helping you feel more focused, positive, and ready to take on the rest of your day.
The good news? You don’t have to do it all at once. Health experts recommend aiming for about 150 minutes of moderate activity each week, which can be broken into small, manageable chunks—like 10–15 minutes at a time. A quick walk, stretching, dancing in your kitchen, or taking the stairs all add up.
Midday Miles is a simple way to help you build movement into your day—no pressure, no experience needed. Whether you have 10 minutes or the full hour, you can come out, walk at your own pace, and take a break that leaves you feeling refreshed and recharged.
To keep things fun and meaningful, each week will focus on a different health theme, including:
