4-H Enrollment Information

Enrollment through 4-H Online 2.0 is the mandatory first step for participation in all Hyde County 4-H clubs, camps, activities, and programs. To ensure eligibility and compliance, all youth participants and adult volunteers must maintain an active, secure profile on the platform. Please complete your registration before attending your first 4-H event.

Participant Age Categories

Age classifications are determined by the participant's age as of January 1 of the current year:

• Cloverbuds (Ages 5–7): Introduction to hands-on learning, non-competitive group activities, and foundational skill-building.
• 4-H Members (Ages 8–18): Advanced project exploration, competitive exhibitions, leadership development, and statewide conferences. Juniors (8-13) and Seniors (14-18).
• Adult & Teen Volunteers: Secure portal for prospective and returning volunteers to submit applications and complete mandatory safety screenings.
